How The Envoy’s Continuing To Elevate Boston’s Taste
We love the local dining and drinking scene and have long celebrated distilling that culture in our own glasses, plates, and experiences. To make sure you know how to enjoy summer to the fullest now that it’s in full swing, we wanted to update you on some exciting new developments at The Envoy, and how you can come to enjoy some delicious bites, sips, and breathtaking views right here.
Come Dine at Para Maria, Which is Here To Stay!
Para Maria is a Latin-inspired restaurant and the newest dining experience at The Envoy Hotel. Led by Chef Tatiana Rosana and inspired by her abuela, this hit restaurant began as a summer pop-up, but it’s going so well so we’re going to keep doing it.
Para Maria serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with hit options across the board. In the morning, the smoked salmon on avocado toast is popular, and the Para Maria Eggs Benedict is a homerun with a smoked paprika hollandaise. The Mexican Hot Chocolate French toast is also fantastic. The dinner menu is best explored in depth. It features fantastic cold appetizers such as smoked ahi tartare and hot ones like Blue Hill Bay Mussels with chorizo. The entrees are all incredible with an orzo-seafood paella and Cuban-style braised cauliflower as standouts.
Eat & Drink Outside
Eating and drinking at The Envoy Hotel in Boston during the summer is fantastic because we have multiple outdoor spaces. You can indulge in any of these Para Maria dishes at one of its sidewalk tables and have a nice coffee, beer, glass of wine, and even a cocktail. Para Maira’s Seaport Sling with Gunpowder gin is a great homage to the neighborhood surrounding.
The Envoy Hotel also has a fantastic rooftop bar space that features panoramic views of the city skyline and Boston harbor. Another gorgeous outdoor space that helps make our property extra special during the warmer months, Lookout Rooftop features fire bits, heaters for cooler nights, and amazing menus.
Eating & Drinking at Lookout Rooftop
Lookout Rooftop is open from 11 am to 11 pm during the week and til midnight on the weekends during the summer. All day long here you can order a number of delicious bites. The Herbed Parmesan Fries are a hit with truffle and roasted garlic sauce for dipping. Other highlights include a New England Clam Chowder with whole belly clams and Bang Bang Boneless Chicken Wings.
Being a rooftop bar, Lookout is known for its excellent selection of cocktails too. One of its Top Shelf Classics is a Van Gogh Espresso Martini that’s delightful. For something refreshing on a hot summer day, try Austin’s Mojito, or The Drippy Creamsicle — Jameson Orange, tangerine frutations, Licor 43.
